At TOTEASY®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. This Warranty Policy explains your rights and our responsibilities regarding product defects.
1. Warranty Coverage
All TOTEASY® Travel Pillows are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care of the product. It also does not apply to items purchased from unauthorized sellers.
3. Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please contact us at toteasy@outlook.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect. We may request photographs or additional details to evaluate the claim. Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
4. Shipping Costs
If the warranty claim is approved, TOTEASY® will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product. Customers may be responsible for return shipping of the defective item, depending on the circumstances.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. TOTEASY® is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
